I am a historian, specialist in problem of Collaboration in the period of Second World War, military and political history of Nazi Germany and national relations in 19-20th ages.

Dr. habil. (History).

Was born on March 20, 1976 in Evpatoria (Crimea, Ukrainian SSR)

I am the member of Editorial counsel of military and historical magazines «Military-Crimea» (Simferopol') and «Military historical archive» (Moscow).

Actual member of International Association for the Humanities (New York).

In 1998 finished the Historical faculty of the Mikhail Frunze Simferopol' state university (Department of Russian history).

In 2001 finished full-time post-graduate course at the Department of New and newest history of the Vladimir Vernadskij Tavricheskij national university.

In 2002 defend candidate's thesis (PhD) in the Vasilij Karazin Kharkov national university on a theme the «Moslem formations in German armed forces (1941-1945)».

From 2002 is a Lecturer (from 2006 is an Associated professor) of Department of Ukrainian Studies of the Sergey Georgievskij Crimean state medical university.

In 2010 defend doctoral thesis (Dr. habil.) in the Vasilij Karazin Kharkov national university on a theme «Byelorussian military collaboration in the period of Second World War (1941-1945)».

From 2010 is an Associated Professor, Head of Department of Philosophy and Social Sciences of the Sergey Georgievskij Crimean state medical university.

Passed training in universities and research institution of Germany (2004, 2007, 2010), the Netherlands (2008), Poland (2009, 2011) and Russia (2007).

Author of 11 monographs and more than 80 articles about military-political history of Second World War, published in the Russian, Ukrainian and English.
